Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of nokbyte.com and Nokbyte's review QR codes, NFC cards, printable templates, dashboard and related services (the "Service"), provided by Nokbyte ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for that business.

1. The Service

Nokbyte gives your customers a simple page to rate their visit. Customers can be guided to your Google review page and can also send feedback privately to you. You receive email alerts, a dashboard and printable QR materials, depending on your plan.

We do not control Google, Google Maps or any third-party platform. We cannot guarantee any number of reviews, any rating or any search ranking.

2. Your account

  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Tell us promptly at support@nokbyte.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use and review policies

You agree to use the Service honestly and lawfully. In particular, you must not:

  • Post, buy, or ask others to write fake reviews, or review your own business.
  • Offer discounts, gifts or other incentives in exchange for reviews.
  • Prevent, discourage or pressure customers who want to leave a public review, including negative ones.
  • Use feedback contact details to send spam or for purposes the customer did not expect.
  • Upload unlawful, misleading or infringing content (for example, logos you have no right to use).
  • Attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

You are responsible for complying with Google's review policies and all laws that apply to your business, including consumer protection and data protection laws. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Customer data

Feedback and contact details submitted by your customers are made available to you so you can respond to them. You must keep this information confidential and use it only to follow up on that customer's experience. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

5. Plans, payments and taxes

  • Prices are shown on our pricing page in Indian Rupees and may change; changes do not affect periods you have already paid for.
  • Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Monthly plans renew each month until cancelled.
  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Demo and sample content

Demo pages and sample QR codes on nokbyte.com are for evaluation only. QR codes created from demo businesses lead to a Nokbyte information page, not to a real review page. You need an active plan for a working QR code.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, website, software and templates belong to Nokbyte. You may print and use the QR materials generated for your business while your account is active. You keep ownership of your logo and business content and give us permission to use it only to provide the Service.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve, change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid plan, we will give reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nokbyte is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or the actions of Google or other third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms. When an account is closed, its QR codes stop leading to the business's review page.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be discussed in good faith; if unresolved, they are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
